Booked the Ambassador Suite for my daughter's birthday party. The room was amazing. Had a kitchenette with a counter, fridge, keurig, sink and microwave. There were 2 bathrooms. The jacuzzi was very big and the bathroom even had a bidet! Water was cold on the slide but the hot tub was awesome and they allowed kids in the hot tub which was ideal. The kids loved it. Seems to be a popular spot for baseball and hockey teams this time of year (June). There were tons of kids there. Had to book a few months in advance for this room as it books up fast. We had 11 girls sleep on the floor in sleeping bags in one room and 3 adults fit in the bed in the other room. We also had 5 boys come too who left at 9pm. No issues getting into the pool enclosure. Ages around 10 to 12.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean environment. Didn't have a chance to check out their pool and water slides, but the quick look seemed amazing! The breakfast buffet was spot on with delicious hot options and cold options, or you can order off their menu. At night when the restaurant is closed there are booklets in your room with local restaurants that will deliver right to your room. All in All, it was a wonderful stay, look forward to our next stay. *free parking is a bonus.

Hotel hosted some of our hockey teams for K4K tournament. They were filled to capacity and service was outstanding. Very very impressed. Room are typical, beds are comfortable and water park is dated but a huge hit with the kids! Had the breakfast buffet one morning, it wasn't the greatest. I suggest ordering fresh off the menu if you are going to eat at the hotel.

I just spent 4 nights here. Amenities were great. Restaurant great. Rooms were clean but because I was staying more than one night they didn't want to clean my room I had to ask for towels. They didn't even make my bed unless I ask them to. They didn't give me a discount for staying more than one night so why don't they clean my room. I don't expect them to change the sheets and clean my bathroom every day but please take out the garbage and make my bed. They didn't even remove the dirty towels the whole time I was there. You know I wouldn't stay here again

The suite with a king sized bed and jacuzzi tub with a sofa bed is fantastic- the tub is half the size of the bathroom and could fit four normal sized adults! Pool is a decent size, eucalyptus steam room is a really nice addition. Lifeguards were pretty friendly as well. The hotel also was great at accommodating children and has pack and plays for the little ones if you need them.
