My family and I stayed at the BW Fireside Inn in Kingston ON on our way to Montreal and Quebec City. This hotel was really nice. The decor of the rooms was like a friendly hunting lodge. The air conditioning worked great. We took advantage of the outdoor pool which after a 7 hour car ride was refreshing. They even provided drink service poolside. The breakfast the next morning was great too. Downtown Kingston was better than expected. please check it out on your way to Fort Henry you won't be disappointed.

Enjoyed our one night stay using Best Western Points, upgraded to a whirlpool suite by the front desk attendant. Breakfast included in room rate, was okay... nothing to write home about. Friendly front Desk Staff at check in and check out. Did not use any of the hotel facilities. Would not hesitate to return to Best Western Fireside Inn next time we are passing through the Kingston area.

We were upgraded to the hot tub room and that was a pleasant surprise. The room, while somewhat dated, was neat and clean and sizable. The king size bed was just right and there was plenty of water pressure in the shower. The check in as well as the check out went very well. In fact the attendant spent extra time answering my questions about things to do in Kingston. It was very helpful since we are not from the area.

What an amazing hotel. We stayed in one of their fantasy suites and it was such an awesome experience. We took our toddler with us and he enjoyed himself immensely. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the accommodation were very clean. We will definitely return.

The Fireside Inn saves travel time as it is so close to the 401. The rooms are charming, and the combo of fine dining and pub fare offers the traveller unexpected value. The staff are friendly and ready to help. A great place to park yourself on your great Canadian tour. Cheers!
