Filthy, disgusting, sleezy motel.. I wouldn't even think of spending a dollar to spend the night there especially with all the bed bugs that pretty much own that place... I was sitting in my car in the parking lot and I started getting itchy just observing the exterior of the Kozy. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, that's how bad it is.

I live there so I really shouldn't be raiding the place so you'd have to do that with somebody else sorry but I did send some wonderful pictures of the units they have

It was awful rooms were completely staind and smoke washed clientele were either drug addicts or call girls, very unclean junk everywhere litter everywhere place is terrible it should be condemned management is absolutely crazy and swears all the time so don't bring your kids here this place is not worth even $10 a night I don't know how much they charge but $10 is still too much as I said place is full of drug addicts and hookers absolutely disgusting place.

Doug the management is a convited pedipalp he was hitting on a married women as his gf left him or was saying she was going to changed the locks and locked us out for no reason rent was paid stole stuff out of our room doesn’t keep up to mattress with the renovation the room he gave us had blood on the carpet and by law you are not to rent out a room with a bloody carpet blood on the walls.
