We checked in late (2am) and although we had a reservation, we were given one of the last rooms in the hotel (the accessible room). The shower didn't work properly, the tv got four channels, and the ice machine just outside the room cycled on and off every 15 seconds. I reported all issues upon checkout and all I received was an apology. I would think that even a Courtyard would be embarrassed at these deficiencies but alas they were not. As I still enjoy Marriott hotels, I'll continue to visit other brands under that umbrella, but I don't think the money is worth it for a stay at the courtyard.

Good location If you want to be close to the 401 and shopping. Designed exactly the same as every other courtyard by Marriott. Stuff is always pleasant. There is a Boston pizza directly in front of the hotel. And across the street there is a movie theater. Rooms are always clean.

The location was great, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Room was nice, included a microwave and refrigerator. Only negative would be room service didn't supply new glasses/mugs after cleaning the room on the second morning.

Location is ideal. Close to shopping center, restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Rooms are well spaced. Bed is comfortable but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful location. Great since near 401. Easy to get to downtown kingston. If you enjoy shopping, has a mini outlet centre, about 10 sites.
