Very clean well-maintained property with absolutely incredible staff. The breakfast area is impeccably clean and everything is kept fresh and appetizing. The pool is also spotless. Our room was very good, the carpet was past due for replacement but clean. Unfortunately the area is very noisy, there are signs offering free ear plugs at the desk - you are going to need them. We thought that being on the south side away from the 401 highway would be quieter but I think its worse, loud speeding cars throughout the night. The police in Kingston must be deaf. Lastly I think its wrong that a travellers hotel next to the 401 charges extra for parking, it may not be much but that and the noise, we wont return. April 17/19.

I have stayed at this property several times (over 25) but found this past stay (last night) somewhat disappointing. To spend over 200.00 on a holiday inn express is pretty steep considering every other time I stayed there the rate was 139.00ish. On top of that we were charged 5.00 for parking unannounced on the site. The carpet in our room (417) was very dated and worn to the base. There were several cracks on the tiles in the elevator. The hot tubs paint was worn off. On a positive note the staff were as good as it gets if not better than most. From the front desk to the maintenance lady in the evening and the breakfast lady they were all very cheerful and pleasant. For staff I would rank a five but the property felt like I was at a low budget hotel. Hopefully there is a plan for a major renovation in the cards.

Very clean and comfortable. Fitness centre is very small with not a lot of equipment. Good location near restaurants and the 401.

Great room. Clean and comfortable. Best free breakfast I have ever had! Did not see on website or at check in that parking was $5. No big deal except a $5 surprise. Pool and hot tub excellent.

This was a nice, clean and modern smaller hotel located close to the 401 and outlet malls, regular stores in one corner of Kingston. The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were a little too tall. A decent breakfast was included. Highly recommended.
