Every bit of our stay was wonderful! The staff were lovely. The rooms, lobby, pool area, and hallways were all amazingly clean and well maintained. Check in was a breeze, check out even more so. Parking was plentiful and we were able to park right outside our room to keep an eye on the car (not that we were concerned). Plenty of nearby amenities for anything you could need, and having Dennys attached for breakfast was pretty awesome too! Id give more stars if I could!

Close to the 401 highway. Helpful, friendly staff. Great for a travel stop. Can grab fast-food within five minute walk, but lacking entertainment close by.

The staff here are phenomenal, very helpful. Had to have an extra bed brought to the room, one of the staff members on cleaning crew jumped to the occasion! Very accommodating. I love that it's so close to the highway and has a pool.

Rooms were nice and updated, however the sliding barn door for the bathroom is not well done. It's hard to open when you're inside because there's no handle. There's also a large gap between the door and wall. Hopefully you're travelling alone... Location is great since it's right off the highway and it has every restaurant and every brand of gas station within a couple blocks. Overall a good place to be

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Our stay at this property from Nov.8 to Nov.11 in Rm.217 couldn't have been any better. The entire hotel team from Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and the management group were amazing. We had one of our best visits to the Kingston area due to staying at the location. The property is clean, organized, superior location and run by a team who cares and obviously loves what they do. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and for value you would think you were staying at the Royal York but downsized. Thank you to everyone here, The Robertson's
