Great hotel! Extremely well located. Clean and has an excellent breakfast. The pool water kinda burned my eyes, but otherwise everything was great. Even the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights. Great staff. Good variety at breakfast with lovely patio. Great location, walking distance to all the places you want to go. Room was spacious and comfortable with a spectacular view of Lake Ontario. Only complaint was the noisy springs on the pull out couch. Every time the kids moved it would wake the dead. Good thing the kids are heavy sleepers...

Excellent as always. Stayed here in January 2017 and in May 2018. Very friendly service, great amnesties - pool, dining area and breakfast absolutely amazing. Very close to the lake and super close to Queen’s University and Kingston downtown. Spacious rooms with huge king size beds. Great place to stay if visiting Kingston.

Great rooms, nice and clean. Loved that they offered to do groceries so you don't waste time on that. Location is perfect on the water and in the city. We stayed there for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Very romantic. The tv swivels which is cool. Rooms are very spacious except the bathrooms. Wish they were slightly bigger. The breakfast had many options. Parking is not free.

Really nice rooms. Big and clean with complete kitchen (big fridges, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc). Wired and wireless internet in rooms. Great views of the lake. Friendly staff. Only weakness is that you can't get a sit down meal other than breakfast. Either go into town or cook in your room.
