Most disgusting service I have ever received. I strongly recommend do not stay at this location. Owner of this Motel is very rude and ignorant.

Ali gave us a deal. He was fair. The rooms are very typical of what a motel would have. The wifi is very fast and easy to connect to. Lots of parking. Close to downtown Napanee. 20 minute drive to the best pickerel fishing in Ontario.

We stayed here for 1 night. The lady at the desk was very nice to deal with and they didn't raise the prices like others did in town on a very busy weekend. The rooms are small but perfect for 2 people. My only suggestions would be fixing the plumbing as during our shower the temp started great then went cold then back to normal and then so hot I had to get out fast- this could be dangerous for anyone but especially older people or kids. The units get pretty warm before the AC kicks on, it would be great to have a fan to keep the air moving. Lastly, the wifi code didn't seem to work, we had a hard time reading the code (at least the code we thought it was) and the other codes listen on the phone weren't it either. Maybe a universal code vs letters and numbers or at least typed out would make it easier to read. We would likely stay again at the rate was fair and the staff was kind. Just a couple areas to improve on

Decent enough place if you need a place to stay for a night. Rooms were clean for the price I paid and staff was friendly.
