Outstanding. All staff here should have a raise/ bonus for how well i have been treated staying here. Beds are amazing, staff will even go out of their way to help you. Very clean, everything you need is here, if you need more because you forgot to pack it, they will still try to guide u where u can go or what you can do to to better help your situation. Arlene the manager was outstanding, did over and above what she needed to do for me. Brandi, one of the housekeepers who mainly cleaned my room was my favorite. Always happy, and always energetic, always willing to help. Stay here, forget the rest.

I had a very good experience. Staff in all departments are very friendly. The continental breakfast was great, lots of variety. The room was very clean. I had them supply a crib and got a play pen instead that was well used. I'd suggest bringing your own.

Excellent breakfast and clean. However, the room booking that they confirmed 3 TIMES with me, was wrong. I ordered a room with two queen beds, and went to find a pull out and 1 queen bed. I told the staff immediately upon arrival and they claimed they had me for 1 queen and a pull out. I showed them the reservation confirmation, from THEM, and still they denied and told me the manager would be in to discuss it tomorrow and that they were totally booked. They took my name and told me they would let me know if a room freed up , which they didn't and i became aware of other guests switching rooms... And basically avoided me and dodged the manager all weekend. The pull out coach was awful to sleep on and two days later I am still in pain. I am in my mid thirties, without chronic back pain so i can imagine someone with these issues. Breakfast bar was amazing, but the treatment of me and my issue after spending a lot of money for two nights with these people.. I would NOT recommend or return.

Good location right off the highway. Booked a room for 5 days last minute after discovering the room we had a reservation for at a nearby hotel reeked of booze and cigarettes. At a cheaper price as well. Much nicer room, same number and size of beds. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. The staff are all super friendly and super accommodating. The hotel isn't perfect but no hotel is. I'm personally not a fan of their elliptical machine but the treadmill was good. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was very friendly and accomadating. The hotel was very clean and well staffed. The pool was refreshing and a salt water pool which is easier on the skin especially with kids. The hot breakfast was very good and always kept replenished by the staff. Overall great stay and would stay at this establishment again.
