My girlfriend booked this as a place for us to sleep after she picked me up from a late night flight. We were not impressed by the state of the room. The heater in the one bathroom ( it was split into toilet and sink in one, shower in another) was very dirty and you could see the dust stuck and burnt on. The shower was chipped and small. The bed was nice a little uncomfortable but nice enough to sleep on. The floor was uneven and there were stains all over the curtains. Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud and there was a fight at one point with doors slamming and yelling all through the night. Will not be staying here ever again.

I call this the This Bites Inn because it bites big time!! They weren't keeping track of online bookings which I used back in May and they were gonna rip me off with a $100 deposit which was never mentioned on the travel site!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I spent two nights here and we were NOT impressed. The room wasn't level so we felt nauseated and had to adjust every time we entered or woke up. The first night, we were woken up at 5AM because someone was sleeping in the stairwell that is between the rooms - because there's no key needed to enter them. I have no idea how long she had been there but management should've just left her there considering she'd probably been fully asleep for quite some time before they even realized she was there. Management was arguing with her until the police showed up finally at 5:45AM to escort her out. So needless to say our Saturday consisted of sleeping in very late into the day to make up for this inconvenience as we had a late night out downtown and then had to listen to three seperate arguments over almost an hour of time. Later that day when we got back and our arms were full, we made it up to our room to find out both of our keys didn't work for our rooms and we had to go to the front desk to resolve this - and I never got an explanation as to why they both didn't work since our room was for two nights. We had an 11AM checkout on Sunday and were just about ready to leave the room when we had a knock on our door asking if we would be leaving or were going to stay another night. The motel itself aside from the floors being very slanted, was not ideal. Washroom toilet was gross, it was all scratched up and looked like a public washroom that hadn't been taken care of, there was no do not disturb hanger for the door knob so we put the latches across the top of the doors before we went to bed so nobody would disturb us, the mirror in the room by the door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the pillows on our bed did not smell clean - the purple accent pillow smelled like vomit....overall very unimpressed with the quality and lack of security at this motel. Those stairwell doors should require a key to get into or there should be better surveillance to make up for this considering how close this motel is to the bars downtown... very upset that I paid to stay here. I wouldn't even suggest it as a last resort.

Cost per night is more than I'm willing to pay for the rooms. Definitely better than a few years ago, but I'd rather stay at Super 8 for close to the same price.
