The breakfast buffet had quite a variety of food included on the room price. Some fruit would have been a nice addition. The rooms are clean with spacious bathroom, and parking is easily accessible from the rooms at the back of the building which makes loading and unloading a vehicle easier. One room smelled of smoke although it was a non-smoking room but staff changed the reservation to a better room without hesitation. It's a decentplace for a quick stopover right by HWY 400.

Not a terrible spot to stay. When we checked in their was pee on the toilet seat, we called the front desk and they quickly switched our rooms. Bed was comfortable and spacious room. They have some weird tourist tax that the city of Barrie charges which I didn't like.

Place was good for the price. The bed however wasn't on a frame, matress did move every time you got up. Aside from that it was comfortable. Room had a couch, large bar fridge, microwave. Pool was nice but a lot of kids in it made it less than desirable to stay in there long. Would stay again the price is right.

Good location, friendly desk staff but the place is shabby, the room wasn't very clean. Lots of dust and graffiti on the brick walls. The bed sheets smelled strongly of bleach and be warned the steam from shower can set off the smoke detector. The place is cheap and you get what you pay for.

Staff were great. Very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pool and area was very clean and quiet. Clean and fairly big room. Amazing price.
