**** change in owner - prices have gone up! Old review of past owner: This maybe a motel style resort, however it deserves a higher rating then 2.5/5 stars. The quality of our suite was excellent, we comfortably fit 6 girls and were surprised to find a beautiful comfy orange couch we could all fit hang out on. Upon arrival they accommodated our 3 vehicles and overlooked the fact that we forgot to bring cash for the deposit. The best surprise was the washroom/shower. With 6 girls getting ready 2-3 times a day due to swimming, we were worried. However, we didn't run out of hot water all weekend! I mean boiling hot water came out every time. On top of that, there was a mirror, with an outlet in every room. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again!

Stayed in one of their renovated suites was very clean. Staff was super accommodating and friendly we will be returning! The only thing is, I wouldn't recommend this place for people with kids as there isn't very much for them to do! But it is super super close to the beach and stores like 5 min walk close!

The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and accommodating but man that place is completely run down. Beds are worn to hell, fridge was full of old food, the bbqs didn't work and neither did the wi-fi. The pros? The AC worked and this location is close to EVERYTHING! The beach, bars, restaurants and the lcbo.

No tv! Bathrooms smell and look like you're at a public pool! The walls were half painted. Outside there were empty beer and liquor bottles all over the picnic tables. We checked in and then left as soon as we saw the room.
