Not the classiest place, but functional and incredible location. Owner a really nice guy if you spend the time to chat.

There are 2 things I will say were good about this place, it was clean and it was pet friendly! It's off season so it was very quiet but there is no coffee maker on the room, no microwave, no closets and the chair that was in there had no legs....We thought we were getting a king size bed but we got a room that had 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds. The first night was freezing cold the main bedroom had no heater in it.It was very windy and the cold was coming in through the door and A/C unit. Also there were no outside lights on near on room which was on the 2nd floor...It also took 2/3 minutes to get hot water at the sink...wont stay there again.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but I had no other option, the owners are rude and unprofessional. You are supposed to respect customers if you want them to come again, not shoo them away with your lack of manners and respect. Very very disappointed but I expect this type of nasty behaviour from these people.

Tony and Nina are the Kindest, people we have met so far in Ontario. With the smell of fresh pasta sauce , we instantly felt it was a safe place, We spent a month sorting out our move. The rooms were clean, and warm, some rooms had a full size fridge and some smaller ones in other rooms which came with, coffee makers and dishes. We arrived at the beginning of October till mid November , the beds were soft, the pillows new. They allowed pets and we would recommend staying here. Beach one is right across the road with the river behind, they have a heated pool, and a great view of the river on the patio. I bet this place is booked for the summer. perfect place to host your wedding party guests with pictures of the sunset. Thank you Tony and Nina, your kindness will never be forgotten. godere di buona salute Jenn, John and girls..:)
