Great stay at Comfort Inn Collingwood! We had two 6-person suites booked for one night, which were clean, smoke-free, spacious, and had all the required amenities (coffee maker, fridge, TV, plenty of towels, working AC, etc) Early check-in was not guaranteed because it is availability-based but when we called the morning of our stay they made sure one of the rooms was ready so we could drop off cupcakes so they wouldn't have to sit in the hot car all day. The second room was ready for 3pm as promised. The concierge was friendly, the rooms are modern and nice, the breakfast area/lobby is cozy and pretty, free parking was available in the hotel lot. 9 min drive/cab to the village. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Collingwood

Nice hotel. Staying here for one night and everything so far is great. The hotel is clean and quiet. Nice location, near many things one would need, including restaurants. The front desk, Jeff, is really helpful. My originally assigned room had a bit issue which I didn't even mind but he switched me to a better room with microwave and fridge. The room is nice and bright. Even the restroom is the lobby is nice and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Had a great stay. Staff accommodated early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast selection was good but sparse, could use some greens. Pool was enjoyable but balcony deck was not open.

Nice Inn to stay in for a short time. The provided breakfast was good. It included make your own waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and a lot more. There were options for every member of the family. The elevator was abnormally small and our double bed room was some what compact. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. There is a swimming pool but we didn't use it so I can't comment on that. It is in a great location, very close to Blue Mountain and there are lots of restaurants and stores near by. We went to Montana's just up the street for dinner.

The facilities we're clean and the room we received was basic but decent. The included breakfast in adequate but all plates, cups, and cutlery was disposal which seems wasteful. Service was nice throughout.
