I was EXTREMELY impressed with this place and staff. . I must give a special thankyou to the girl named Jessica working the desk around 1am July 2 2018 (Monday ) I had been driving for hours and tired as could be and was just after midnight when I booked online a check in from Monday July 2nd- Tuesday July 3rd. (It was technically Monday when I booked) I arrived and was informed that my check in wasn’t actually till 3pm Monday (which made sense once Jessica politely and kindly explained to my tired weary brain). I felt like an idiot but she told me to hang on 1 sec to see if she could fix my error. She worked her magic and still got me booked into the hotel which was in my opinion a miracle as nearly every hotel from London to Barrie to Newmarket was totally full due to Canada Day travellers. So again- Thank you Jessica. As for the hotel itself- Rooms are totally renovated. Clean beds, bathroom was Brand new , clean , mini fridge and microwave. Free parking, flat screen TVs , AC is amazing ( 40 degrees last few days) Tennis courts, Indoor Saltwater Pool and free Breakfast. Balcony off room ( if your a smoker ) Hotel itself was surprisingly quiet for being as booked and full as it was and it being a long weekend as other hotels occasionally have the “late night crowd” but here it was quiet and I felt safe being outside alone or walking in parking lot etc. Was highly impressed with this place and will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Showed up late. Stayed in room above pool. Felt bad walking in at 3am bc the floors on second floor are above the pool and we're just so Lou's and squeaky. Other then that all good.

I love that there is a big pool and hit tub!! The cleaning staff are SO nice. They deserve 5 stars for their hard work and smiles!!

Went there for a dance class, but the instructor didn't show up. Surprisingly nicer than I thought (in the courtyard).
