Holiday Inn is my place of work but I have always had rewarding compliments left by the guest staying in a room I may have serviced or help maintain while they continued to stay. The staff is beyond friendly and it's a very clean and organized facility.

Bad service, we were not informed that check in wouldn’t be available till 3pm and even at 6pm they didn’t have a room ready for us. We informed them of a weird smell in the room late at night and the response was “if the smell wasn’t there when you checked in, I don’t understand how it can be there now”. Pool was nice as was the complimentary breakfast.

I have stayed here sener times in the past and found the staff helpful and the environment clean. ON my last stay, however they gave away my room that I booked months in advance. I was told that this happened because I arrived later than expected! Needless to say my flight was delayed by two hours and I failed to see what that had to do with anything especially since my room was booked in advance. They ended up sticking me in a handicapped room which I was not thrilled with. I think management could have done better. Nevertheless there is a Marriott in the same area so I will give them a try on my next trip.

Clean, fairly nice hotel directly adjacent to the St. Jacob's Farmers Market. Staff was friendly. Rooms are reasonably sized with a nice layout, comfortable bed and a decent TV. Nice fast WiFi and lots of parking. Price was also lower than the closest competitor as well.
