Modern clean and expertly designed rooms. Quiet hotel. Heart of downtown. Bath products were great. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Only downfall was we never received any coffee for the drop coffee machine. But did not derail our stay. We will return.

Very cool, imaginative, creative, yet warm hotel. It was one a restaurant and dance venue from 1900, it had now been reinvented into a unique boutique hotel. Each room is different, but spacious, modern and clean. A personal touch, they left out a bag with my name on it and a recipe for hand roasted coffee pour over coffee. Worth a visit if you're in town. Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz

Very nice historic landmark hotel, rehab, chic with European contemporary decors. The layout is a bit weird and you could get lost if not careful. Standard amenities and pour over coffee in room. The only thing I didn't like about it is that the bathroom door always slams shut on its own. So if you don't want to bother other guests, you have to hold it close. There is valet parking but the nearby structure is $14.50 overnight.

This was the best hotel experience we have had in a very long time! Thank you Gavin for the amazing customer service 😀 Rooms are very nice and the bed was very very comfortable. We will definitely be back if we come to Kitchener again.
