My cousin booked a room here for 2 nights for my wedding gift. So I can have a peaceful night before , a place for us to get ready the morning of, and somewhere my hubby and I can spend the night since we are not able to do a honeymoon right away. Well as soon as I get there the keys cards done work. Go back to get it fixed for 4 cards now “just in case”. I was told that they aren’t the greatest so it happens all the time. Next morning the room ac decided not to work as we where getting ready. No one came to help fix that issue. That night get back to the hotel to have our keycards not work again. The front desk person was not helpful or friendly at all!!!! And those pictures are very deceiving.....rooms don’t look anywhere close to that. I will never visit again and I will not let my family or friends use this hotel!!!!

Not what it looks like on the web. There’s the tower, which is newer, then there’s the motel portion which is the majority of the hotel. The website is very deceiving in its photos to what it actually looks like. It is rundown, the carpets smell like mildew and urine and the bathrooms are something from the 80’s. Housekeeping did not come during my two night stay. Worst of all was the shower. DO NOT give your child a shower, give them a bath. The temperature fluctuations are extreme. When you turn on the water, which is initially brown for the first 3 seconds (no joke or overexaggeration), you find a comfortable temperature. During peak times, it goes from comfortable, to freezing, to scalding hot. I took photos of burns I received as a result and am in contact with the hotel about it. I also found the restaurant service for breakfast sub-par and there’s something up with their water. It tastes funny which makes their concentrate juice/coffee taste funny too. Don’t stay here. Not worthy of a Holiday Inn title.

We were there to use the outdoor pool. We had lots of fun. It was a good temperature for the kids and we appreciated that towels were provided.

This is a great location for hosting company events, parties, seminars, networking events etc... the staff is friendly and helpful and always quick to respond! Friends have hosted events here for years and always a good experience. Not sure what the hotel rooms are like but have heard good things from others who have stayed the night. Food was good also! #recommended

I like the place. Staff is helpfully and it’s clean. I’ve been there for both work and personal reasons. My only beef is the restaurant/bar closes at odd hours. I’m sure they have a reason but if you are there for a convention you’d think they’d have food available just in case.
