Not what it looks like on the web.
There’s the tower, which is newer, then there’s the motel portion which is the majority of the hotel. The website is very deceiving in its photos to what it actually looks like. It is rundown, the carpets smell like mildew and urine and the bathrooms are something from the 80’s.
Housekeeping did not come during my two night stay. Worst of all was the shower. DO NOT give your child a shower, give them a bath. The temperature fluctuations are extreme. When you turn on the water, which is initially brown for the first 3 seconds (no joke or overexaggeration), you find a comfortable temperature. During peak times, it goes from comfortable, to freezing, to scalding hot. I took photos of burns I received as a result and am in contact with the hotel about it.
I also found the restaurant service for breakfast sub-par and there’s something up with their water. It tastes funny which makes their concentrate juice/coffee taste funny too.
Don’t stay here. Not worthy of a Holiday Inn title.
