Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean had a fridge, fireplace and small television. It’s a nice old century building with a great old Victorian feel. I have to say that I was disappointed with the fact that the hotel was not accessible! Even to get in the front door I needed help with my stroller—staff was amazing and super helpful, though. Keep in mind there’s no elevator either so if you have lots of bags or luggage it’s a long way to the 3rd floor. There’s parking in the back but it didn’t seem like many spaces.

Awesome breakfast vouchers and comfortable rooms

This is a historic building where the hotel has existed since 1890... It was renovated a few years ago and now has about 15 rooms over 3 floors. Being an old building there is no elevator so one has to carry the bags up the stairs yourself and that can be a task. Room is neat with some of the antique furniture and quite comfortable. The bathroom is quite modern and provides for everything one needs for a modern living. Great hotel to be in while in Waterloo.

Great, clean. Not a lot of amenities but it's beautiful and the point is that it's so historic. Very friendly staff, huge rooms, comfortable bed. Beautiful architecture and a real piece of Waterloo history

Messed up our reservation when we went and we only had one bed the second day for two people instead of the two we ordered. Only gave us $15 back for the inconvenience.
