This hotel is very modern. The lobby is open and welcoming. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Rooms were clean and had all that was needed for my stay. Noise was almost non-existent even though construction on a local road outside the hotel was ongoing. Great outdoor patio space that had live music on Thursday.

Our room was clean and well stocked. Service was excellent. There is also a nice shallow indoor pool and a hot tub on the basement level. A lovely hot breakfast is available at additional cost. We would definitely stay here again, but be aware that overnight parking is an additional cost.

Great hotel in the centre of Waterloo, 2 blocks from the main street with pubs, bars and coffee shops galore. Hotel restaurant is really good so you don't need to stray that far unless you want a little different scenery. The rooms are very modern and spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel in downtown Waterloo. Very nice pool/spa/sauna area, large comfortable room. Nightlight glow under the vanity was a nice touch. There's street construction at the entrance, but it was easy to cross through it to the hotel.

"Basic" free WiFi, otherwise you have pay $9.95/day. Parking is $12/day. Cancellation policy, even for full-price rates, booked directly with the hotel is 48hrs before arrival, in contrast my typical experience of being able to cancel day of arrival, usually until 5pm even. These all feel like I am trying to book a room in NYC, not Kitchener ON. On hold for 5+ minutes just to talk to reservations. I'll book somewhere else, thanks. Update: Allison, that is the number I already called when I was on hold for over 5 minutes for reservations.
