These people don't know what cleaning or service is. When we checked in there were washclothes from the previous guests on the shower rod. One day we were in the room from about 2 - 4 and the room hadn't been cleaned. Around 4 as we headed out we called to get them to clean it and got a lecture about putting the "do not disturb sign" before 3PM because there cleaning staff leaves at 3. The next day we were careful not to be in the room from about 9AM to after 3PM... room still hadn't been cleaned when we got back. They finally knocked on door around 4 to see if we wanted it cleaned and I said just the bathroom. Got a few new towels, but they couldn't be bothered to provide new tissue or to wipe the counters. Breakfast was good.

This is the worst run business I've ever seen really don't understand how they are still a float.i worked there and my. They own 3 of the hotels in Guelph, the others the Hampton and Holiday Inn Express. They don't spend their money to ensure the guest have the best experience they can have.You are not as important as the Ismail's money is to them.Andrea what are you still doing their,promises are always broken they never fall through with anything. You have a written agreement and its time for them to follow it.

The suite was beautiful and spacious, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to test out the pool with the slide! But the included breakfast was very impressive with fresh, seasonal fruit, great selection of protein and cereals, and loved the waffle bar! I know it takes more work, but I'd love to see reusable dinnerware. Overall, very much enjoyed my stay and will be recommending it to friends!

The room itself was very small and for what it costs was cheapily appointed. Our shower head didn't work and sprayed everywhere. The walls themselves were paper thin. There was a group of around 30 preteens for some event that were up until well after midnight screaming in the halls and again a group of drunk males who were in the halls from 4:30 am on. Although calls were made to the front desk all of them went unanswered. As a business traveller and a single mother I am on the road half of each month with my 3 year old daughter. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have had in the last 5 or so years. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

... so loud. Maybe because there is no carpeting in the rooms? There was a wedding party staying in the hotel all weekend. I was woken up MULTIPLE times a night by people entering and exiting the elevator, walking down the hallways, we could hear everything. I think they could definitely improve the sound proofing. And PLEASE FIX YOUR ELEVATOR DOORS. THEY ARE SO LOUD. leaving feeling tired and grumpy.
