Room was decent and good size. Washroom was clean but could be a bit better. Room had a mini fridge and microwave which was great. Also had a safe in the room. Hotel has a pool and sauna but i didnt use either. Breakfast was free and has hot and cold options. The first day the hash browns were so dry and old like they had been cooked a few days prior and reheated everyday. It was pretty gross, but the next day was a fresh batch and the rest of the food was fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay

Good location right across from Conestoga Mall and off the highway - nice and close for visiting St Jacob's. The rooms were clean and bigger than expected - didn't realize our room had a seating area with a couch, and a kitchenette including mini fridge and microwave. The sheets felt clean, and bathrooms were new. There is a restaurant on the first floor (as well as a quick-grab shop) that we visited only for the included breakfast. Good size buffet, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, breads, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, coffee, etc. Also a pool and hot tub in the basement which were much appreciated!

Good motel, but not hotel. The staff are great and they're friendly and approachable. However, the room felt unsanitary all the time and it smelled weird. I stayed there for a week. Coffee and breakfast are complimentary. Front desk staff are amazing and very helpful.

hotel is very good, has similar quality to Holiday inn but cheaper price. room is clean, breakfast food is good except randomly selectively asking guest's room number during breakfast, never experienced other hotels, it is possible no one in reception desk and you may have to wait for someone check in for you. regardless these two issues, other staffs are friendly and overall quality is good

Conveniently located...Hotel arranged cab shuttle from airport (nice after a long travel day). Friendly staff, clean facility, nice room. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection - hot and cold options. My only negative comment was that the air conditioner for the room was not operating properly..and on a day where there were heat warning it would have been a better experience to have had the room cooler. Not going to have the air conditioning affect the rating drastically so give 4 out of 5
