This hotel has just been renovated and feels nice in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast is great. Staff are nice and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who stays in the area.

Awesome hotel. Great breakfast. All day coffee. Had someone from out of town staying here and they really enjoyed it. The rooms are solid and beds comfy. It's pretty centrally located in terms of Hespeler road and there is loads of stuff within walking distance like Wal-Mart and Fast Eddie's. That's one thing I look out for when booking a hotel and this one is in my recommend list for that reason.

Second time here. Clean rooms, loved the quality and smell of soaps/ shampoos and lotion. Bed comfortable and nice bedding. Decor a little out dated but clean and in good working order so who cares! Comfortable and new office chair. Big windows with lots Of light if Needed and room darkening curtains. The windows also have small screens that open if you want ( we didn't). We used the sofa bed for our toddler and she slept well on it. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. Sausage links, 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, fresh waffles with toppings, cereal, lots of bread/ muffin choices, yogurt bar, 3 kinds of juice and coffee and tea. What else could you expect for an included breakfast buffet? Always satisfied with it. This is our second time staying here and it was as expected. Just FYI the pool was Closed, but we were not looking to use It anyhow. Will stay here again when visiting our family that lives out this way.

I was there this past weekend for the Ever After music fest and upon arrival I was having some issues with my credit card among a couple of other things (at no fault of the hotel - only myself). Pamela at the front desk was super helpful and patient and was able to offer me solutions to the issues I was facing and was glad to help no matter how often I had to keep coming back to the front desk. Wonderful experience!

Good location right off the highway. Front desk staff were not the most welcoming and lots of odors in the halls and stairwells of cigarettes or pot. Breakfast too crowded. If they improve a few things in their overall customer care the place would be much better. Not up to the usual standard.
