First time staying at this hotel with my grandmother. She had an appointment in the morning so we figured it would be easiest to drive the night before and stay at the hotel. Check-in went smoothly you could tell the place was basically empty less then 15 cars overnight. Our room was located right beside a side entrance which at first seemed like a good thing. The room was alright a basic nothing fancy hotel. You could tell the place was old and in need of renovations the counter was broken and the seal around the sink was cracked. I saw three tiny little bugs on the floor in the bathroom and two flys zipping around the room. Room had a TV, decent sized mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (but the coffee wasn't drinkable). The whole room had a weird musky smell like if you leave the clothes in the washer for a few days. Beds weren't bad. The room right next to us was a group of very loud men that went on yelling and laughing till after 3 am. It was even worse when they went outside (as I mentioned before the door was on the other side of our room) so then they were right outside our window. In the morning, the continental breakfast was nothing special. A pancake machine, sausage, eggs, muffins, and cereal. Then we had to get to my grandmothers appointment which was two parts first took about 2 hours then had to leave for 2 hours and go back for another 2 hours. So part of our plan of getting the room was to go back to the hotel and especially after barely getting to sleep we wanted to rest in our room. At 10:15 there is LOUD banging on the door waking both of us. My grandmother opens the door to the cleaning lady asking when we'll be out of the room. Check out time wasn't even until 11. We were packed and dressed planning on just getting up and going but now have been inconvienensly woken up again. When I went to explain my frustration to the front desk I was just told unless you put the do not disturb sign out that's what they do to try to get the rooms done as soon as possible. I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I have even worked in a couple. And the cleaning ladies NEVER knocked on the door (unless requested) before check out time on the day of check out. (Also unless they know 100% the guest has checked out) I will definitely never be staying here again.

Excellent service, friendly staff. The 2-queen-sized beds were adequate for the 4 of us. Every room have a mini-fridge and microwave. Overall clean. Room did lacked a desk chair but after asking for the missed chair the staff immediately brought one for us. Breakfast was simple but had the option to bring it to our room. Will definitely come back here.

The staff were wonderful... Very helpful and several ways..accommodated us with an early check-in...late check-out bags for ice to go to the field... All of us on 1 floor...

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and both times I had a very hard time checking out, I wanted to pay cash instead of credit however this is hard to do when there is no staff working. Prior to booking my hotel room (both times) I did ask if I can pay cash and they said they could however not until I check out. Again, BOTH times I go to check out around 9 AM there is nobody there. The only staff around was the cleaners and all they did was inform me that the front desk staff had just left, for no reason..... waited 2 hours until someone showed up. Side note, reason I didn’t just leave is I also require a receipt for my records.

Great clean room. Like my own oasis.. Lol. Easy clean wifi.. Bathroom came with shampoo and body wash. Not many places do this. The manager came to my room to see if everything was good. That was awesome! King size bed, couch and desk. Like I was home. Will deff be back.
