Was not impressed with the service but the room itself was fine. We booked them for our wedding. Anne Kelley was impossible to get a hold of. On the day of our wedding my husband checked in early as we requested, but our room wasn't ready so he wasn't given a key. When we returned after our wedding they wouldn't let us into our room or any room mistakenly thinking it was another guest. We waited for 20mins on our wedding night to get into the room we reserved. Not a great way to end the night. We should have booked a different hotel. Would not recommend.

Quiet location that smells a bit funny. It is in the middle of farm lands, so the whole town smells like cows. Inside the hotel is newer and we'll appointed. It is close to the freeway, but quiet, so no road noise. The bathrooms we're bright and big. A good night's rest for someone needing a place close to the up and coming town of Waterloo.

We stayed at the Four Points after our wedding at The Pines just up the street. The staff knew we were the bride and groom and treated us accordingly! The warmth and service of the front line staff was really the highlight of our stay here. They made towel swans accompanied by faux flower petals on our bed, warmly congratulated us and chatted us up at breakfast, and so on. I cannot give a five star review because there was a mix up; we were booked for two nights and everyone else was booked for one night, but we got put in one of the rooms that was only checked in for one night—one of our siblings got the towel swans before we did! They straightened things out quickly though, and overall it was a positive experience. The buffet breakfast was good.

Had drinks with a work partner at the bar. Sat in the dining area. Waitress was nice but clearly had too many people to look after. She dropped off menus and immediately walked away - had she stayed 10 more seconds to say hello she would have found we only wanted drinks

I stayed here overnight for a wedding I was attending, and was very happy with the experience that I had. Though the trip was short, and I didn't have time to experience the fitness center or other amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The lobby was a bit underwhelming, but the staff was very friendly and efficient. Definitely a great place to stay if you find yourself in the area.
