I stayed here for almost a week and it’s an ok experience. Price is between the lowest in this Area. Parking is the only thing that bothered me as space is very limited and during weekends you won’t find any spot to park your car so you have to look for a public parking which is very difficult in that as it is downtown and probability of getting fined is very high. Breakfast was good but the timing is not too long so you must wake up very early or you will end up eating cornflakes. Housekeeping was very good. I would definitely come back.

Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. We arrived 12am on a Friday night and the surrounding area is a little shadey as the place is surrounded by bars. Room was sufficient for the 1 night stay.

I would not advise that anyone stay at this hotel. Not only is it in a poor location, the staff is extremely unhelpful and the hotel is unclean. My partner and I stayed here and arrived late at night. The staff was rude and the hotel reeked like marijuana. On top of this our room was unclean and we found brown stains all over one of the duvets and the pillows. There was also hair still in the bathtub and it was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned. When we told the staff about these issues they brushed it off and said “I’m sure it’s not a big deal” and gave us new sheets which the sheets were not the issue - it was the duvet and pillows. From our room there was a bar next door and it was loud until late hours of the night. We tried to talk a manager and we were told that one was not in. When we called back another day asking for a manager we were again prompted that there was no manager on duty and that the staff had no idea when the manager would be in for their next shift. It was clear that they were avoiding the question. I would strongly advise anyone travelling in the Oshawa area to not stay here.
