Really friendly and helpful staff made the stay so much more pleasant. Not a luxurious room, but more than good enough for my needs: clean, comfortable, and quiet. Worth the price.

We booked a room with 2 double beds online and when we arrived we were told that they had moved us to a room with one double bed and that they could not change it back as the hotel was full. We were sent to a room that was partially below ground and it was extremely small and claustrophobic. It was not a pleasant experience at all. We arrived late as we attended a wedding and we were woken up early by a wrong number (not the fault of the hotel) and so we got up and went to watch some morning news only to find out that we did not have a TV remote. We ate breakfast and left. I have never been so disappointed in a Best Western.

Bed is too soft. Aged rooms, air conditioner is too loud. The access door to balcony is not actually a door, no slid, just a window. Free parking is nice Breakfast is good.

Great room, convenient to parking. Tim Horton's is a 2 minute walk. Staff were great, friendly and efficient. Would happily stay again.

I love this Best Western location. I’ve stayed in plenty of other hotels and other Best Westerns and this one is hands down my favourite. The front desk staff is amazing, shout out to Justin, he’s always welcoming and responds to your needs but the entire staff makes you feel at home. My number one place to stay when going to the GTA. Thank you guys for helping to make our family vacations awesome every time!
