The place is inexpensive and clean. It's a bit Spartan in the decor the price it's hard to complain. My room has a small kitchen, too, which is quite nice.

Place is 8 min away from US embassy and located in downtown. Most of the food places nearby closes by 3pm Mon to fri.but few eateries are open till 9pm. No vending machine.place is quiet and dead after 7pm on weekdays. A/C unit works well. WiFi works well.no phone in the room. Entry from parking can be used to avoid stairs.no weird smells.clean and no electronic entry to building or the room, conventional locks and keys.3 chairs, 1 queen bed. Dull lighting.no phone inaode the room.old but maintained cabinets. No front desk in this Duvernay building. You need to check in at le Victoria, another hotel one block away.parking space is public so if you leave your spot will be occupied by someone else during weekdays & business hours. Everyday you need to go les suites Victoria to get your free parking pass. For Free breakfast you get coupons worth $10 CAD each and you need to use it in a mocha cafe located in les suites Victoria and not in Duvernay. Overall it's in good location for 1 or 2 nights stay.

Good value for a decent sized room. Looks sketchy from the outside, but room was clean and comfy.

Good location, close to downtown Ottawa, and great rate. Not the greatest breakfast but included in rate.

The suite was spacious and clean. Personnel was pleasant and helpfull. But the room is next to a bar and noisy people were outside having an exterior party. They were very disturbing, barely slept that night.
