Location is great. Customer service here is excellent. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. Hotel itself feels old worn down - that's the first impression you get when you arrive and it sticks with you. Neighborhood isn't the greatest. Parking lot is convenient, but terrible. Unless the back gate is open (rarely is), it's one way in and out. Add in pedestrian traffic (there's lots), and it can make for an unpleasant experience. But maybe this is a plus if you have a room facing the parking lot and enjoy live entertainment that involves a lot of swearing?

Unfortunately this is just a kinda grubby Days Inn. The location is extremely convenient to tourists visiting Ottawa. The front desk did what they could even though there where mistakes on my reservation through Wyndham. I would have liked for them to mention the Wyndham rewards membership and associated perks. Lastly I would consider staying again despite how dingy and ugly the hotel is. The decor was dated but everything seemed reasonably clean, but most importantly it is in a great location.

Looks dated on the outside, but the rooms were very nice and clean. It wasn't in the best location but nobody really bothered us too much on the streets. Id stay again because the price was great.

Great and inexpensive little place in the heart of downtown Ottawa. Very clean, friendly staff and accessible and cheap parking. We arrived into town early (10:30am) and were able to check in then, rather than waiting until 2pm check in time. Very accommodating! Will return.

room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed for a month and felt like someone was looking out for me (front desk staff). Good location.
