They have remodeled the rooms since I was last there, and they look nice and modern. The hours for breakfast are early enough that you can get something to eat before leaving for work. Bed was comfortable, and the location is close enough to everything in the area.

Styed at Days Inn for one night. My friends make-up bag magically went missing. To make a long story short, both my friend and her boyfriend called to find out if her make-up bag was there. 4 times they were told no. We stayed Sunday night, I called Wednesday morning to threaten them that the make-up bag with hundreds of dollars worth of make-up needs to show up by days end. Low and behold, hours later, the bag is retrieved. Apparently a new girl found it and put it in the "wrong spot". Apparently that "wrong spot" was her helping herself to the concealer and most likely other things in the bag. No apology or compensation form management. Horrible. On a side note-the rooms are clean, but there is a horrible noxious odour in most rooms (we stayed as a group).

Very deceiving was told a price( 149.00 + taxes) for three persons adults end up with extra fees for extra ppl in room (22,60) ( early check-in (22.60) imagine at 12 o'clock!" They finally reimbursed me for early chek-in after several e-mails...Towels missing in room for 2 only, we had to search the corridor to find an extra! A/C very noisy, we were gone the next day by 10hrs, all this for a total of 192.09$ instead of 169.00 as told by phone! Breakfast...coffee wasn't ready... I dislike being taken for a fool, and that's how I was treated! No problem paying what was understood. Don't recommend to nobody!

Booking a room was a struggle on it's own. Had to call multiple times to speak to a manager when we were part of the wedding party staying. Once we got to the hotel we waited at the front desk for over an hour while an employee seemed to try and make every excuse to not give us a room. Not to mention the attitude that came along with it.

I'm ranking this hotel very low because I'm going to be needing a hotel in the area frequently for the next few months however when I tried to check in there was a screwup with the dates which they wouldn't honour/change/refund etc. While I didn't expect them to do anything in particular, the owner made the call to do NOTHING at all. The gentleman working the overnight was friendly however it wasnt his fault since the owner made the call. In my eyes while he got my $120 for the night (as there wasn't really another option at midnight) however lost my repeat business and earns a bad review for making a poor customer service decision. On a side note, the room was okay for a basic setup however the TV didn't work properly which was also pretty frustrating.
