The rating for this place really depends on what you're looking for. If you are looking for somewhere where you could have accommodation and a conference then it's probably up there with possibly with a 4 star rating. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay and go into the city etc then it's more likely a 3 star as it's just a little bit isolated and the easiest route into the city is via Uber, although you can do bus and train. The rooms themselves are decent enough with two bedrooms sharing off one kitchen and bathroom. There is only a microwave for cooking though. Overall not bad if you want something a bit more on a budget.

They rent out this college dorm in the summer time as hotel rooms, complete with housekeeping services every day if needed. The rooms are split in two with a kitchen and bathroom to share. Each room has it's own door, desk, drawers, shelves, 3 coat hangers and room to hang more clothes or coats. Also, they each have a flat screen TV, pillows, sheets and bed covers and a phone. Kitchen has fridge and microwave, but no stove top burners or utensils at all. You must bring your own stuff. The convenience grocery store features frozen dinners and sodas, candy and some needed items. There is also a Subway restaurant by the check in counter and next to the grocery store. A food court is located across the outdoor area where you can get any hot meal you want.

The room itself was nice, but the cleaning service was hopeless. We were there for 2 weeks and only had the bed sheets changed once, even after numerous requests. We resorted to stripping the beds ourselves and leaving the sheets by the door, which they took, but never replaced, so our last two nights were spent sleeping with no sheets or pillow cases. The same was with the towels. No clean towels replaced for a week, and then only two face towels were replaced for a family of four. Very poor service from the front desk too as they would say they would fix problems, but never actually did.

My family of three stayed at the Seneca Residence and Conference Centre for 41 days from May until the end of June 2018. We came across this facility on the internet. It was a great find as we needed a place for an extended stay. We found the location convenient for our travels and the charges very reasonable compared to identical accommodation around Toronto. Apart from the on-going renovation at the Centre, a faulty fan in the bathroom and the fact that towels were not always changed unless if we asked, we had a pleasant stay and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent customer service. I made a reservation for my daughter's birthday party. Awesome environment. Nice and clean. They answered my any questions quickly.
