Only had a minor issue at Toronto Ontario hotel aside from experiencing a low shower flow; room was not cleaned after our first night stay, even after we had informed them prior on the first day. When we returned to complete our 2nd night stay, trash was not taken out, beds were not made and towels were not replaced. We were able to ask for extra towels later in the evening. And only on our departure checkout when we informed the front lobby of our stay, we were offered free breakfast, but we had already ate. Again would have been nice ahead of time. But still, overall, I will return to this hotel. Kitchenette Suite is excellent for the price and value. Staff overall are caring and do aim to please. Our unfortunate incident should not be taken to steer away from this hotel. Everything else was in fact excellent!

It's ok as far as hotel goes. It's clean and the beds are comfortable, the bathroom was recently renovated and most of the staff at the front desk is helpful and friendly. We did find the ventilation unit very noisy at night, and it can't be turned off. There's a jacuzzi by the inside pool, which is warm and clean enough but smells very, very strongly of chlorine. The hotel is kind of far from the city though, and if you don't have a car that could be a problem. There is also no mini-convenience store on site, but a few vending machines. There is a restaurant on the site but we have not tried it. And be aware that they only take credit cards, no cash or debit cards are accepted.

Good little hotel. Great amenities: pool, laundry, comfortable beds. The fitness room needs help. Friendly and great front office staff. I would recommend the hotel. Wish the restaurant was better. We were there for a week and the service didn't improve. Servers clearly need more training - e.g., she told me to wait one hour when there was only 5 small tables ahead of us. Apparently, the food also stopped coming out of the kitchen. My young kids had to wait more than an hour for a simple pasta dinner. I would NOT recommend the restaurant unless you're desperate.

We stayed at this hotel because of its' proximity to Canada's Wonderland...which was close by. The hotel was terrific. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The front desk people helped us when we needed to print off some tickets. The room was clean. The beds were firm and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again or recommend.

A very nice hotel, our room had lots of space and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helped us with any request we had. The only thing I did not like was that there was no continental breakfast. I stay at Best Western almost exclusively and this was the first hotel I've been to that did not have it. Aside from that I would definitely recommend staying here.
