Check in was very smooth and quick. The girl at the front desk was professional and pleasant. The room was simple and clean with a mini fridge and microwave. Unfortunately there was no convenient plug near the night stand to plug in devices. The hotel itself is close to several food options in a nearby mini mall. Check out was very quick and pleasant as well, and the receipt was slipped under the door in the morning before I left.

Location was nice, easy access to areas around Toronto and attractions, beds were nice and the breakfast was good. Bathrooms were spacious (although a bit dim) and the guest service was great. Would recommend for people visiting the area.

I stay here a lot when traveling on business. It's a pretty good Holiday Inn, and very reasonable rates for Toronto. Special shout out to the breakfast guy here. That guy really makes sure you've had a great start to your day, no matter what. He's a real credit to the location.

This is my first time visiting this hotel... A friend of mine was staying here for the weekend to have close access to Canada's Wonderland as well as Wet n Wild aka Wildwater Kingdom based on friends experience as an overnight guest as well as the welcoming and friendly hospitality I received I would definitely REFER a friend or family in the future. Keep up the rl great work :)

The location was surprisingly nice, the hotel was very clean and had more amenities than I expected from an Express hotel. Far better than the hotel next to it where I attended meetings. The staff were very polite and friendly when I checked in
