Stayed at this hotel for four nights the swimming pool was closed the workout room was closed the lobby smelt from a recent fire in the attached restaurant. The rooms were recently renovated but are starting to look run down already. The bed sheets were not clean.breakfast served was a joke don't waste your time. Go elsewhere... also the hotel is doing upgrades but the carpets in hallways need cleaning and floors need moping as they were dirty. The elevator is a bit shaky and always stops on the seventh floor if going to a higher floor or on way down. The house keeping staff are amazing they always try to help with anything they can. If your looking for comfort and quality amenities dont stay here go eles where.

Bad experience last April 2018. The hotel was under renovation. We stayed at 11th floor and often had to wait several minutes because workers were using both elevators. Many days without water for almost the whole day. They should had closed the hotel! Even one of the maids told that too! To put the cherry on top, In our 3rd day at 4 AM restaurant downstairs caught up on fire. No fire alarm sounded. No staff helped us , only guests helping each other. We claimed our money back for the inconveniences and they told us we should had said that earlier. Such a terrible customer service, though I have to say the receptionist of the first day was very helpful and nice to us.

Great room (903) with a great view of Woodbine!! (Too bad there were no races today) Room was decent sized, king bed, large flatscreen, fridge & microwave. Close to the airport, shopping and the race track. Currently undergoing renovations, so pool is not open. There is a restaurant on the main floor. Staff were very nice and inviting. Would definitely stay again, I'm sure it will be even better once the renovations are finished!

Booked here because they had a pool and hot tub, thought it would be good to wear the kids out prior to our early flight the next day. Pool and spa were both drained, no notice was given during booking. Would be interesting to see if this was a one-off, or if they ever have it in service. Room was decent, clean and comfortable. Okay value, better value available if you don't want the pool. UPDATE - management saw the original review and made sure to contact us and compensate us for the issues we had. Overall satisfied with our stay

Very descent and budget friendly hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, efficient and cheerful- except one that did look and behave throughout our stay as if she would prefer to be elsewhere! The airport shuttle was flawless. I will definitely not hesitate to return to this hotel. No doubts the hotel has seen many more glorious years but the management seems to be on top of things to keep it going.
