Get there right at 3pm to check in, I came from out of town to attend a wedding at 4pm. They tell me my rooms not ready and I have to wait. I said well I don’t have the time to wait, I have to get dressed and ready for a wedding that I have to leave for in 20 minutes. She tells me she can give me a room with 2 double beds instead of the king that I specifically ordered. I said, no, I reserved the king for a reason, I would like my king bed room. She said well we have to get someone up to clean it. Then I started getting frustrated as I was on a time crunch. Manager comes out, asks me if I want a room to change, then come back and get my room when it’s ready. Going to a wedding, I was not going to be back to the hotel until late that evening, Not to mention most likely intoxicated, so I was not looking forward to have to deal with lugging my stuff to a different room when I arrived back from the wedding. I told the manager that check in time is 3pm and there should be no reason why my room isn’t ready. He then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to check out, with a smart attitude. So I just had enough, arguing back and forth for 15 minutes and didn’t have a choice but to take the double bed room because I had to go to the wedding. The manager here is absolutely ridiculous and doesn’t care about the people who pay their bills by staying there. Not to mention, there were about 5 other people waiting in the lobby with me for their rooms as well. Just a terribly poorly managed motel. NEVER AGAIN Save your money and the HEADACHES.

service was excellent! i really enjoyed my stay there. except the fact that i had to wait over 2 hours to finally get my room. i had already made reservations and i had paid for them and told them i needed it for 11 am and yet they still made me wait? i get it if i just walked in and asked for a room i can see my self waiting but not when i already booked and paid for it in advance and asked for a room by 11 am!? i would definitely go back there. and would recommend it to anyone.

Lodged in here for a week because they gave me a great deal. I asked for a non-smoking room but the entire room was smelling of cigarettes. The second night, I noticed they had bedbugs. I tried checking out but they wanted to rip me off by charging me for four nights meanwhile I've been there just for two nights. I couldn't take it and asked for a different room. This time around, the room was a non-smoking room and had no bedbugs in it. I had to be very cautious this time around as I asked for about five bedsheets daily, to put on the mattress before sleeping. I gave them two stars because of the bedbugs.

The staff was great and very good location and price. Room needed some repair, curtain not functioning qnd big hole in carpet. Enjoyed the pool but it also looked like it could use maintenance and hot tub was out of order.

One thing i would like to share is that we were staying there for the night for my daughters birthday because she wanted to go swimming.The sign said it was a salt water pool but smelled like chlorine pretty strong.While they were in the pool a lot,the next day 3 of them had red eyes from the water and the other ones eyes swelled almost shut from the chlorine.This took her about a day to get over staying inside and giving her eye drops. With that said, the rooms were decent for the price and pretty clean and tidy. The clerk was good too. I wasn't going to say anything until someone urged me to do it. Sorry i didn't say anything sooner.
