This is not necessarily a five-star place and it's not designed to be such. However, it was clean and welcoming. I believe the most significant difference I found between this particular Hotel and others was the front staff. The three young women that we dealt with over the 2 day stay last weekend were absolutely Pleasant and extremely helpful. They always had a smile and answered every question pleasantly and enthusiastically with a genuine smile. I've stayed at high-end places which are five star or above for accommodations but are one star for the people that work there. This place is a 3 star with a 5-star staff. I would definitely go back there if I were in that area again.

Nice hotel. Room comfortable, clean, temperature regulation is good. Beds are great. The luggage carts are hard to use ... the wheels don't rotate well when the cart is loaded. The business center was down part of the time ... the front desk clerk assisted by using the computer there to print something for me. The breakfast was good, but the attendant wasn't keeping up with the guest use ... eggs ran out, utinsels not kept full ... A little more attention is this area is needed. Overall ... good stay ... not great.

We have stayed here a couple of times and we loved it! Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent. Room very clean. Breakfast and evening snack great. Front desk very friendly. Not only great for business person but great for family. I don't work for Hampton and give great reviews for all of their employees. I will stay here next time I have business in this area.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Multiple coffee selections at the front desk were all very good. Nice, clean, room with good temp controls.
