Nice place with great amenities. I thought I lost something important there and Jennifer was extremely helpful over the phone. Recommended for anyone especially for the hockey tournament and especially if you have children

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection, and the coffee is very good. Did not expect it. Great.

The hotel was beautiful it was brand new only open for three weeks. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also really good. I'd stay there again.

Right off the bat the staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel is couple months old, so everything feels new and the facilities are well maintained. Breakfast was good. I'd highly recommend this place for a stay in Brantford.

Very nice clean and new facility. The only issues I had were due to the facility being brand new. Issues with room cards not working (had to switch rooms), new front desk staff etc.. very nice and clean, great buffet breakfast, pool was pretty cold.
