Nice facility, clean and attractive, good service. Restaurant consistently good. Exercise facility small, but better than average. Parking convenient. Staff polite and generally accommodating. Gave up staying in B&B's and have stayed here last three years and prefer the Arden Park.

Caring check in, departure and stay. Delightful restaurant and lounge staff. Excellent room amenities. The pool is a bonus . Convenient to have the dining room which serves breakfast , lunch and dinner. Very accommodating housekeeping staff. Great value for money.

Lovely hotel!! We were not sure what to expect as we've never been to this area before - nor stayed at a Best Western. We were very very happy with our room (a king deluxe - I think that's what it was called). It had plenty of room for us and was well appointed. It was close to the Festival Theater - easy walking distance. We had a great time here. We would highly recommend The Arden Park Hotel!

Was a very nice hotel...a little pricey compared to other hotels we have stayed at. It may have been due to being a long weekend. Pool was wonderful..hot tub had a rim of dirt around it. For the price of room..really should have included a continental breakfast. All and all a nice stay.

Excellent. We were in the King Suite. Very nice. This hotel is way above in quality than many of the other Best Westerns. Great dining room. Excellent food. They have a restaurant with beautiful decor and comfortable chairs. The room was amazing. A very large bathroom. We were very impressed with this. We have not seen this quality of decor in any other Best Western although we do love Best Western.
