I stayed at the Inn for one night while in Stratford to see some shows. I got to check in early which was greatly appreciated. I stayed in the king suite with fireplace (its summer so I didn’t end up using it, would be lovely in the winter). The suite was very large and spacious, everything was clean and orderly, there was all the basic amenities (shampoo, soap, hair dryer etc.), there was plenty of towels which was really appreciated. The bed was comfy, there were soft pillows and firmer pillows provided on the bed. Over all I was really happy with my experience and the room, it was expensive but at peak season for the festival you’re bound to pay a little more. I did find the room very dark as the main room had no overhead lighting. As for the restaurant, I’ve visited quite a few times and I’ve always enjoyed what I’ve gotten. I also really appreciate the wine selection, I really only enjoy draft beer and they have a great selection of taps on offer.

This restaurant is fabulous, perfectly situated in Ontario street close to the theatres and open throughout day and night. HUGE selection of beers from local breweries and a wide menu of food, lots of it has a fusion feel to it but also incorporates lots of locally sourced Ingredients. I came here with my dad and we shared a few smaller plates, the coconut curry, a steam bun, chicken skewers and fried asparagus. Service is impeccable and decor beautiful!

Wonderful staff will outstanding craft beer. Prices have improved recently. I highly recommend getting a few flights instead of only choosing one lonely pint.

First time at Mercer Hall, had heard some positive reviews so thought we should experience it ourselves. Loved everything about it!! The drink menu is massive! The incredibly wide range of beers are from Ontario and lots of notl options for wine. We both got a flight of beers, so then we could try multiple! The menu is also huge! There are three sizes for meals. It was a Thursday when we went so partner got wings (Thursday night special) and I got a steam bun. Both tasty! We shared the bah mi sandwich and the burger because we wanted to try everything on the menu! Both sandwiches were great too. Didn't have room for dessert but I could of picked multiple items from it! Everything sounded really good!

Stayed here for one weekend night for business and was very happy with my stay. The rooms are lovely, large, very clean and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows are good quality and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is nice and the food is great. Prices are a bit high though, but they have a huge selection of craft beers. And the carrot cake dessert is to die for. Staff is friendly. The only thing is that because its a small boutique inn, there is no normal reception. They have a little hole in the wall in the dinning room for check in and out. I wanted to leave early in the morning but didn't know where to drop the key as there's no drop box or anyone there until after 8am. They could be clearer with customers about the check out process. All in all though it was a lovely stay and I will definitely come back and would recommend this inn.
