Almost new, very nice, better than expected in this price range. Nice breakfast which included sausage, eggs. Rooms very nice. They called us 2 hrs before our arrival, our booked room needed a repair, would we be OK with upgrade to a suite? Sweet!

Had a "do not disturb" up, so that we wouldn't be bothered by housekeeping and they would know not to refresh the room. On day two, they knocked and tried to enter our room, and knocked until we answered the door. All to ask about towels. shouldn't even bothered with the sign. Everything else was fantastic, the room was nice, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, the window bench in the room was a nice touch. I would come back again, hopefully with better results from housekeeping.

The main reason I picked this hotel was the Tesla destination charger and it was great. The charger was there, and worked, but we got a nice, clean hotel with a pool and free breakfast. The kids loved the pool. It's not luxurious, but it was a nice place how an overnight on our road trip on the Tesla.

The staff at this location are amazing!!! The front desk clerk Taz was very friendly. She made it a point of making friendly conversation each time I saw her. She would always wish me a good day at work (I was travelling for work) and helped me locate some good local food options. The overnight staff were great as well always had fresh coffee ready in the lobby even when i finished work at 11pm. This was one of best staff experiences at a hotel by far.

The staff at this hotel seriously lack customer service skills. They were rude, and inappropriate when dealing with their guests. I would not recommend booking a room there, particularly if you are a group.
