Overall our experience at this hotel was very good. Location is good with respect to distance to Rama, hotel staff are very good - the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed. The onsite restaurant quality for dinner is better than most - make sure you get Kristin as a server. She's awesome. Breakfast was a little disappointing with respect to the food quality and the way it was prepared. We had a better experience last time for breakfast. The overall pricing has changed from last year in that you have to pay extra for a breakfast coupon which we didn't appreciate.

Stayed here, enjoyed the hotel, until we came back from the casino and saw a sketchy group of individuals hanging out down the hall. As we walked down the hall towards our room, we were overcome by the smell of urine. Whoever these people were had peed inside the ice machine. INSIDE the ice machine. We alerted the front desk immediately and they took no action other than putting a fan near the ice machine to diffuse the smell. Better yet, when we brought it up the next day with hotel management, we were lied to and told that a sewer had backed up. Which was untrue. We know what we saw and we know what we smelled. Why would they put a fan by the ice machine if it was a sewer backing up? Also nobody answered our feedback email. So needless to say we won't stay here again. Edit: there is certainly area to pee in the ice machine in the slot (catch basin) where the ice comes out. This was Sat June 16 early morning. Not an adequate response. Thanks anyways.

Had a great stay meeting at this property. Clean comfortable rooms. Great restaurant on the property. Meeting rooms to accommodate any function. Also I can't say enough about the excellent friendly staff at this hotel. Thank you very much.

Always a great stay at this hotel. Staff and facilities are excellent. Great restaurant is on site. Rooms are spotless with fridge and microwave. Great meeting rooms of different sizes for your needs.
