Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It would have been good to know that in one section of the hotel if you ask for a higher floor , there are no elevators and you have to carry your suitcases upstairs. This is difficult for older people or those with mobility issues. The other section has an elevator, or you can request a main floor room. It would have been appreciated if this was made clear. Breakfast room showed an espresso maker , but it did not function and this was disappointing. Breakfast room staff were very pleasant.

Nice staff and service. When I ordered milk to the room they were there immediately. Beds are very comfortable. The room was clean. Food at breakfast was tasteless and not fresh. It would have been nice if the lobby bar was open later. We wanted to eat and have a few drinks but at 10pm it was closed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean lobby. Beautiful room. We were upgraded to a suite for some reason which was awesome. Bed comfy, fireplace was a romantic touch. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
