Amazing place for a girls trip or couples trip! The decor and space is awesome. The staff know everything about PEC and are extremely helpful. They even called me after my trip thinking I left something behind, ready to ship it back to me. Great service! The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the noise from the A/C units at night. We did find a good solution and ran the A/C on blast all day so we could turn it off all night. Side note: the products they offer complimentary in the room (shampoo, soap, etc.) are AWESOME!!

Beautiful hotel but less than wonderful customer service. We arrived at 2:30pm, the door was locked. The front desk staff opened the door to tell us that they are closed until 3pm which was check in time. This seemed a bit strange to us, we saw the cleaning staff leave, meaning our room was clearly ready. We were told to wait outside for half an hour until the front desk reopened. And unfortunate experience...we had just completed a wine tour and would have loved to get into the room a tad bit early to relax before dinner. Especially knowing that they were physically there and could very easily have checked us in. Seemed a bit weird and that they really didn’t care too much about the guests’ experience.

Room was great, as was the view. Check in and check out were a breeze. The patio is cute as hell. Love the bathroom.... No spared expense for the fixtures. No noise at all though it was a Thursday Rosé upon arrival a great touch. Sure, it's a reno'd motel but that's about a good of a job as you could do! Will be back - without question. 7 stars.

We went to the June this past weekend for a bachelorette and had an amazing time. The rooms were so cute and stocked with everything you need for a weekend away including beautiful wine glasses. They pay attention to detail and had a lot of cool items in the room and around the motel. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway not far from the city.
