What is this place?! How could a business even consider calling this a "resort"?! Wow... shocking. It is barely a hotel. Reserved a one bedroom King room, equipped with a kitchenette. A kitchenette without a dish, glass, cup, spoon, dishrag...oh, and without the electric elements on the cook top! The building and grounds were in disrepair; the whole place very sketch. Please, don't waste your money.

A great place to watch the boat traffic to and from Lagoon City. The steak sandwich was good, cooked exactly as requested. The fries I also enjoyed. $7.50 a beer is at the maximum I'm willing to pay. Still all in all, worth the visit.

Just went there on July 7th. Had beer and nachos on the outside deck beside the canal while a guy named Mr.Finch totally rocked it playing guitar and vocal. Nice ambience although they could ramp up the nachos a bit. I will go back to hear him play again for sure.

My wife and kids went for two days. Staff was good but resort a little run down. Tennis court in dismay, pool and hottub was good, didn't try sauna. Beach full of feathers, shad fly casings and crayfish claws, and goose poop. Balcony was about 12 inches long, basically just spare roof. Room was good pullout bed not ok. Not much for the kids to do. Don't recommend/won't be going back

My family has been coming here for 30 years, and I’ve been coming here all my life, and will continue to go so. The location next to the lagoon is amazing, when booking, get a ground floor room facing the lagoon. However, the place has been slowly draining in quality over the past few years. The pool jets are covered in rust, the top deck is covered in dead bugs. The restaurant is overpriced. And worst of all, I found a rat trap underneath the pullout couch.
