In a few years, this motel will be wonderful. New owner is in the process of updating and renovating. I won't go into the small things that went wrong during our 4 day stay because they were just growing pains. It has a great location and lots of potential. But having said that it provided us with more than reasonably priced accommodation on short notice. Room was a good size and cleaning staff did a great job. There does, however, need to be more outdoor seating available now. Everyone wants to be outside but it's difficult with 1 bench and 1 picnic table.

Door to the motel room we were given was ajar when arriving after checking in. Beds and room was clean and bug free. Convenient parking. In the morning, bell desk person was unable to explain to another guest about their credit card charge properly and holds for deposits. When we recieved our refunded deposit for the room, we inquired about the discount we were supposed to recieved on the room and rather than refunding the additional amount on top of the deposit, they told us no because of some convoluted reason. Mediocre customer service, employees should be trained better in regards to explaining policies, especially when it comes to money and charges on customers cards.

I have stayed here a few times and each time the room has been clean and sufficient for the evening with no issues. Each room had a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board etc., this time however, there was not a microwave, not sure why and may not matter to some but I would suggest clarifying when you book if you require one.

Very bad customer service had to call the head office for a charge discrepancy they did not give a d@mm. People that work there are nice enough. Room was 2 star. Overpriced. NOT a good experience for me at all.
