Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Paper thin walls, so don’t expect to sleep if there are people even talking in the adjacent rooms. After about an hour our ceiling in our bathroom started leaking, to the point where we could hear the water streaming down (no minor drip I tell you). They moved us to another room where we soon found that if the AC was operating in any capacity it would squeak at a level that made it impossible to sleep. After trying to sleep with no AC and feeling pessimistic about getting a room that wasn’t defective, we left at 10pm. I was drawn in by the price but it’s not worth it. We meant to stay the night, before continuing our trek home in the morning but left a few hours into our stay.

We loved the hotel--it was clean and beautiful. The continental breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The only issue we had was with pre-booking for wedding. We blocked a bunch of rooms, but guests were a bit late in reserving their spots, so there was a lot of confusion when people tried to book it after the deadline. Other than that, all went well. We especially liked that it was conveniently located near the J & J Swagat Hall--walking distance. Thank you for everything!

I don't understand why this place has a good review. This place was HORRIBLE I got the Jacuzzi suite and there was hair in the Jacuzzi tub and half the jets were not working. The restaurant was disgusting how does breakfast bacon Nd eggs taste like old chicken balls and fried rice. Go to another location this one is HORRIBLE.

The restaurant, while pricey, has maintained its quality for years and is always a pleasure to eat at.

The hotel was great the staff was also great however, one woman that worked at the front desk at night, was very aggressive and not friendly at all.
