Great service. Such nice staff. We were there on the weekend for a basketball tournament. The staff(especially one girl wish I had got her name) went above and beyond. Asking the kids how they did and wishing them good luck. You could tell she really enjoyed working there. Plus the entire building smells amazing. Thanks for a great stay. We will for sure be back.

Contemporary hotel, same as most. Nice selection of teas, and coffee (regular and decaf) is available at the front lobby. WiFi is not free, unless you have a room that includes it (you need a code to access it). I don't know how much parking is, as I was attending an event and parking was included. Small pool and fitness area on the main floor. Looks to be clean and well taken care of, no overpowering scent of chlorine.

Typical Hampton Inn. Clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Only reason I dropped a star is location. It's kind of on the edge of town, any restaurants around are chains, right off the highway, etc. Worked great for a one night stay as I was passing through, but if you're staying in London for more than a night, I might recommend getting something more in town.

Room was clean. Service was good and staff helpful even when I forgot my key in my room. Came here for a business event and I'm loving this chain of hotel. Minus one star for not having lemonade in the lobby. My last stay at a Hampton inn had this and I loved it.

The staff is great and the hotel looks nice and good breakfast. Fitness room and pool look above average. Cannot recommend though because of the beds. Their over 10 years old and worn out. Cavity in the center of them.
