Very good service! Love that I always know what to expect when I go! Easy check in, and check out. The rooms are always clean and service is courteous.

For location its close to the highway and the mall and many restaurants. The room itself is not the greatest it's very outdated and the layout of the room is awkward. The bed not the comfiest could need updating. Pillows were okay, bed sheets were okay. The bathroom was nice and updated. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel from the outside not that appealing. But overall it was clean and for a place to stay for the night it was good and for traveling its perfect for on the road stop.

Doors slamming all night, a/c that is warm at best, windows without screens, breakfast is horrid egg hockey pucks and overprocessed frozen meat patties. Worst stay ever - my throat and eyes burning after the first night and still can't sleep tonight due to noise and pitiful "fan" they call a/c. Have they ever cleaned a filter? Postage stamp room perpetuallly smellls like wet dog. Run.. don't stay here. Follow-up... the front desk offered NOTHING because we pre-paid. Have they never heard of a refund? Choice rewards? Anything??? Apparently they don't care because they already got your funds.

It took 20 minutes the check in (there was no line), the two staff behind the desk just seemed to not know how to use their system. Had to pay a deposit of $100 for some reason (more than the cost of a night) even though I paid with a credit card while checking in. The room itself had a really musty smell and very out dated. The shower had little to no water pressure and would barely pass for hot water. The only reason I gave it two stars is location, price, and the breakfast. Would not recommend to anyone. Also checking out took forever as they had to go check the room for damages prior to giving me my deposit back.

Really nice staff, rooms were clean and cozy! Would definitely return.
