The hotel suite that we had was great! Very spacious with everything that you need. It even had a microwave, little coffee maker, fridge, and TV with cable . It was super hot outside so I'm glad that each room had it's own controllable A/C unit. It was convenient that there was a bar/restaurant downstairs in the lobby. The only downside that I thought was the pool wasn't deep enough and the jets in the jacuzzi weren't strong enough. But other than that it's a great place to stay and very close to the mall and other eateries, plus very pleasant and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was great. Very clean. Great check in and check out staff. We had a queen bed 2 room suite. Nice amenities. The only drawback was there was very little room between the bed and the air conditioning unit to walk, approximately 6 inches. The pool area was very clean. The first night the pool temperature was very comfortable, the next evening was freezing. There seemed to be inconsistencies with the temperature. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The other disappointment was the attached restaurant. The posted hours for closing were never correct. We planned to spend our evenings there so we did not have to drive. The first night the restaurant was closed at 8pm and the second night they closed at 10pm. The website shows it is opened until midnight.

I stay at the holiday inn about once every other month while in town for work. Jason who is one of the staff members is always extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure I always come back. The hotel is in a great location, close to the 401 with lots of restaurants close by

It was a very nice atomosphere, great food at the restaurant attached and very accessible from the 401. Close to a lot of amenities including White Oaks mall. Only thing it was missing was a complementary breakfast but was still reasonably priced.
